TVT began inland river barge towing service to the Tennessee River in 1981. SERVICE has been the key to 25 years of successful customer relationships pertaining to efficient barge delivery on the Tennessee River system.

TVT has continued to upgrade its towboat fleet, add office and management personnel as required, upgrade internal and towboat communication systems and operate as a part of the AWO Responsible Carrier Program (RCP), in order to provide a dependable level of customer service satisfaction.
